LA PRIMAVERA DELS INDIGN@TS

Author: Wednesday 29 October 2014

In May, one day, suddenly, people started to gather in the squares of all Spanish cities. They were attending a call expressed in the social networks. They represented a shared complaint which manifested the first feeling injustice can provoke: indignation. An outrage caused, specially, by a wild economic crisis generated by financial speculation and political corruption.

At the beginning, they were just a few; the next day, they were more; and then, its growth or decrease already depended on their own, on what was happening inside and outside the squares. Beyond beliefs or belongings, the «outraged» managed to start a debate, allowed that everyone began to think about social issues that, thanks to them, are no longer latent, but explicit subjects in our homes.

The «Outraged», with all their virtues or flaws, have organized a test for a new political practice.

NADA ES IMPOSIBLE

Author: Wednesday 29 October 2014

How is it forged an entrepreneur? Can good luck be trained? What is the biggest risk faced by a businessman? Xavier Gabriel, founder of La Bruixa d’Or and many other businesses, gives in Nada es imposible the answers to these questions.

The 111 maxims exposed in this book offer the keys that have allowed the author to triumph in all the fields in which he has dared to get involved, such as catering, adventure sports, TV series and advertisements, lottery and even space tourism. With a direct and casual style, Gabriel explains his point of view about the world and the enterprising universe, while he relates how those different ideas have helped him with his personal experience as a businessman.

With Nada es imposible the reader will learn from one of our most charismatic entrepreneurs and will know first-hand how a humble lottery office, La Bruixa d’Or, located in a village in the Catalan Pyrenees, has become one of the most successful business in the country, which has gained him, among other recognitions, the National Marketing Award in 2011.

100 MOMENTOS ESTELARES DEL BARÇA

Author: Wednesday 29 October 2014

Following to the fourth Champions League on 28th May 2011 there is no doubt: the Barça led by Josep Guardiola is the best of all times, better than other legendary teams such as the Barça of the Five Cups or the Dream Team of Cruyff. The generation of Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Piqué, Puyol, Valdés and Co. is superior because of their titles, their ambition, and the radical bet for a one-touch style of game, which does not change substantially whoever the adversary is.

It should not be forgotten, despite the recent triumphs, that the FCB is more than a hundred years old. Throughout more than a century it has gone through ups and downs, periods of glory but also of misery. This book springs from the intention of letting the reader know about some of the most brilliant pages of this sport club, the biggest in the world, through some different samples; examples that invite the reader to know better the history of this collective passion, suffered in deep blue and red.
