Edicions Columna releases in Catalan the last book by Dr. Montse Folch, a specialist in nutrition, and author of Los dos lados de la báscula (The Two Sides of the Scales).
In her new work, La enzima mediterránea (The Mediterranean Enzyme) -published in Spanish by Planeta a few weeks ago-, Folch studies in depth the properties of the enzymes with regard to health, as well as the benefits the Mediterranean diet provides in this sense.
