EL PROZAC DE SÉNECA, a new manual to overcome depression without medication
Clay Newman, an American specialist in Transpersonal Psychology, Perennial Philosophy, and Enneagram, in his first book takes as a reference the thought of the Spanish stoic philosopher Lucius Annaeus Seneca (4 B.C.-65 A.D. ) to propose a method for overcoming depression without the aid of drugs. Newman draws on personal experiences, as well as on a long career as a teacher and lecturer on this subject.
El prozac de Séneca (Seneca's Prozac) will be available in bookstores since May 8th.
