CESC DALMASES ADAPTS 'EL PONT DELS JUEUS' FOR COMIC

From the novel of the same title by Martí Gironell, the illustrator Cesc F. Dalmases has adapted to comic El pont dels jueus (The Bridge of the Jews). Dalmases, who in addition to the illustrations is responsible for the script, also had the collaboration of Pam López, Javi Chaler and Marc Sintes.

El pont dels jueus was the first incursion of the journalist and writer Martí Gironell into historical fiction, where he is ten years later a prominent figure. In this first work he evoked his native village, Besalú (Girona), during the construction of its most representative monument: the medieval bridge.

Gironell is presenting currently his most recent novel: El primer heroi (The First Hero), where he goes back to Prehistory, following the lead of other illustrious authors such as Jean M. Auel or J. H. Rosny.
