GARCÍA, PEPE

Pepe García was born in Manzanares (Ciudad Real) on September 25, 1987. Known as “El Estoico” in social networks, he has a degree in Law with a Master in Leadership and Team Management. His passion for reading and stoicism led him to turn his career around, creating in 2019 elestoico.com and the podcast “El Estoico”, which has more than five million listeners.

Since then, Pepe has been dedicated to spreading Stoic philosophy through courses, conferences, and his social networks, with the aim of bringing this classical philosophy closer to modern life. If you don’t find him writing, reading or learning something new, he is probably traveling, playing sports, playing chess or taking a walk.

With his first book on stoicism, Always Standing, he began his career as a writer. This book is the result of years of study, learning, knowledge and, above all, practice. In it, the author summarizes how to put into practice this way of life already adopted by the philosopher Seneca, the slave Epictetus or the Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius.
