View map On Thursday, May 8th, at 7 p.m., at the Barceloneta-La Fraternitat Public Library of Barcelona, will take place the presentation of the novel by Begoña García Carterón El barrio de la playa (The Beach Quarter).
This is a historical novel which recreates the origins of the Barceloneta District through the lives of the workers who, dwelling outside the city in awful conditions, went inside every day to make a living.
La presentation is included in the program of the Barceloneta Cultural Spring.
