When Aurora becomes the new voice of Elena Francis, she finds herself dealing with great responsibility. On one hand, she hast to stop Elisa, a young seventeen-year-old woman that has announced her decision to kill herself, so she doesn’t commit suicide.On the other, she must try to fill with meaning the lives of those who feel really alone, like Germán, who listens to her radio show daily.One thing that no one knows is that Aurora is as unhappy as many of her listeners, and that she has just had her heart broken.

One day she wonders where do all the letters that she never receives end up, and she discovers they are burnt.Lots of them show an ugly reality, one full of abuse and political repression that the broadcasters don’t want to associate with the show. Aurora, appalled, takes all the letters home so she can answer them in her free time.

After many years of emotional void, she finally finds meaning to her life.
