Paloma Sainz is the author of the books Mindfulness para niños (2015) and Mindfulness en la empresa 2018), both published by Zenith (Grupo Planeta).
Born in Zaragoza in 1971, she is Founder and Director of the All One Project Foundation, a non-profit organization whose main objective is to promote the flourishing of mindfulness and compassion in human beings.
She started with the practice of meditation in 1997 after his first trip to India. For the last few years, she has been fully dedicated to the research of different mindfulness and compassion programs around the world and to its dissemination through books, courses and the All One International Conference.
Between February and April of 2019, she went around the world connecting with some of the most inspiring and innovative international educational projects in mindfulness and compassion. Making 7 stops in 7 cities: Lima, San Francisco, Tokyo, Sydney, Delhi, Jerusalem, and Cape Town and in 7 chakras: Lake Titicaca, Mount Shasta, Fuji, Uluru, Kailash, Mount Olivet, and Table Mountain. Gathering the most current science and the most ancient wisdom.
With a degree in business, she worked for fifteen years in a textile company, with which she travelled around the world looking for fabrics, colors and trends. Now she does the same but looking for tools that help people and organizations to create a more human, united and conscious world.
