Sonia Rico Mainer (Sabadell, 1975) has a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a master’s degree in Research in Journalism and Communication (UAB). She is a journalist and writer, a profession that she combines as a coach, therapist in Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Kinesiologist and Yoga Instructor.

The idea of motherhood turned her life around. Her son arrives to revolutionize her world and be her best teacher. At that moment she studies with Laura Gutman and understands the unconscious patterns that develop throughout life. From that moment on, as a result of great research, experimentation and extensive training, she decides to accompany other people to live fully.

Communication and writing are her passion. She has been writing since she can remember. His first book, Desmándate, wants to help people get rid of any internal mandate to achieve their best.
