Maria de Mondo studied Law and Business Administration and Management. For her, the definition of social success was: study a good career to end up in a good company to earn a lot of money, buy a house and have a family, and then you will be happy.

When she left university and plunged into the working world she began to get overwhelmed and wondered if she had really achieved her goals. “What were my goals really? What made me happy? Who was I really beyond what I had studied or worked for? Did I feel complete and at peace?”

After an existential crisis she decided to pack her bags and go to Argentina. In Argentina she had a lot of time for herself, finding herself and what really made her happy. “I wanted to be me and live in harmony, to orient my life to working with people and accompanying them in the development of their potential.”

A year later she returned to Spain and decided to train as a coach, learn Mindfulness and study psychology. She was clear about her goals, what made her happy and how she felt at peace.
