Born in Barcelona in 1984, since he was 16 years old he has spent his days looking for a way to stop feeling anxiety, and during these years he has drawn two conclusions:

  1. You have to spend time getting to know yourself well, knowing who you are and what you need. Which are the defects and potentials that form us. What we like and what we don’t like. And finally we must love and accept ourselves.
  2. You have to follow a method that helps you step by step to get to point number one.

To reach these conclusions, during these years he has studied the paths of Chinese medicine, phytotherapy, Qi gong, Tai chi, coaching, NLP, energetic and natural food and Buddhist psychology.
