IRINA
Asunción was another of those little republican girls who began a new life in Russia in 1937 in order to escape the horrors of Civil War. She is a self-made woman, fighting against nostalgy and memories, who begins over again in an unknown society.
Unexpectedly, Santiago Cadavieco, too young to feel so old, antisocial and a bit sceptic, establishes a connection with Irina’s past, through Oxana, an attractive blonde who has just landed in Moscow.
Santiago bemusedly admires how all his daily tasks and deeper thoughts are destroyed after Oxana turns it all upside down. Without even realizing, Santiago, which aimed to live a calmed and peaceful life, becomes the accomplice of a flight to life or to death.
