April 1945. Andreu Ribera, just released from the Dachau camp, has only one purpose: getting to Paris to be reunited with Rosa, his wife. While trying to locate her, he is staying at the Lutecia Hotel, where the Red Cross attends the deportees and centralizes the information getting to the capital: endless lists of dead or missing people, and of some survivors. The warmth of a Parisian bistro is the only thing that helps him while he waits for news.
July 1969. André, Andreu´s son, travels to Barcelona looking for answers. When he finally convinces his grandfather to tell him the family´s painful story, he understands it all started in the Lutecia Hotel.
From the Liberation of Paris to 1970s-Barcelona, a lucid portrait of two men looking for answers in their past, and not finding what they expected.
